SHIPPING
Our business is located in Hawaii,
and we have found USPS Priority Mail to be the best way to ship everything.
They have a Flat Rate charge on certain size packages that is very reasonable.
We will send an email notification to let you know your item has shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and
will give a full refund on any product returned to us in good condition
within 30 days after purchase. We will not refund shipping costs. Please let us
know your reason for returning the item so that we can make improvements to our
product.
OUR PRODUCTS
All our jewelry is handcrafted with quality components. We
use sterling silver for all the findings, clasps, chains and pendants. The semi
precious stones are purchased worldwide. I avoid using stones that have been
heated, dyed or artificially made. While these stones appeal to some, it’s just
a personal preference to use something as close to its natural state as possible.
The exception is Freshwater Pearls, which have all been dyed. If you see an
item on our website but would like to customize the length, please contact us
by email.
The Sand Art Lightswitch Plates
are hand painted with non toxic materials and my own unique designs. The
simplicity of sand brings a natural look and feel to your home.
My goal with the Eclectica
products is to provide an assortment of gifts that are inexpensive
